The RTM process is a vacuum-operated resin transfer process that allows the production of medium-volume (1000-10'000 pieces) parts.


The process results in increased laminate compaction, high glass resin ratio and outstanding strength characteristics. The specificity of the technology and also the advantage of having both sides of the tool outlet has a final surface.

Advantages of the technology:

  • The use of matched tools makes it possible to achieve high surface quality of parts.

  • Using high pressure, the process can be relatively fast.

  • Components with high mechanical properties due to high pressure and resin injection

  • Closed mold and mechanized treatment result in a clean, automated process.
