Carbon fibre processing

In the case of hand laminating, a resin is laminated for viewing or for brushes at the center of the fibers of a woven (knit), knit, or stitched fabric, and then laminates under normal conditions are conventionally bound.

The process exposes designers and designs to an endless array of shapes to be molded. The resins use each of the epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester and phenolic formulations in the process, and as a strong reinforcing material are usually linen, glass fiber, and such carbon fiber.

Resins, any epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, and phenol to which the material should be labeled.

Advantages of the procedure:

  • For many years, widely used technology

  • Easy to learn

  • Room temperature and healing resins can minimize tool costs

  • A wide range of suppliers and materials

  • Increased fiber content
