Your main tasks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for management in Switzerland and ensure transparent, proactive, and goal-oriented communication
• Lead, coach, and develop the Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Administration departments
• Oversee the technical division with a focus on composite components and manufacturing processes
• Close collaboration with the production team to ensure efficient and trouble-free operations
• Technical and managerial leadership of the quality assurance team
• Technical exchange and coordination with the specialist departments and development teams in Switzerland
• Ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and safe production processes while adhering to the highest quality standards
• Identifying and implementing optimization and automation opportunities throughout the entire value chain
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost management, investment projects, and the achievement of the company’s financial and operational goals
• Analyzing relevant key performance indicators and initiating and implementing appropriate improvement measures
Your profile
• A degree in mechanical engineering, materials science/composites, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing company
• Experience in the composites, plastics, lightweight construction, rail vehicles, automotive, or related industries is a plus
• Proven track record in leading production organizations and implementing change and growth processes
• Strong business acumen and experience in budget and profit responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills
• A leader with a confident demeanor and strong communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken Hungarian and English; German is a plus
